A ball valve (Ball Valve) is a valve that opens and closes fluid flow by rotating a round ball inside the body. Because only a 90-degree turn of the lever is needed to open or close it, operation is simple and fast. Both the body and ball are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. Stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand long-term use across a variety of industrial environments, including general industrial water, treated water, and HVAC systems.
The internal seat material is PTFE (Teflon). PTFE has low friction and outstanding chemical resistance, minimizing leakage and providing stable sealing performance.
VP-01 has a short overall length and simple construction, making installation easy even in tight piping spaces or inside machinery.
Both ends feature BSPT female thread, so connection using standard threaded fittings requires no special adapters. Installation is simple and maintenance is straightforward.
VP-01 undergoes a leak test per API 598 standards before shipment to verify tightness. A CLEAN AND OIL FREE specification (internal degreasing) is also available upon request.
