and we proceeded with detailed root-cause analysis and defect localization using professional test equipment.
Test Method: Helium Leak Test (HE LEAK TEST)
Inject helium gas and precisely detect any leakage
Spray helium gas onto the valve under vacuum to verify leak-tightness
Acceptance Criteria: Vacuum level β€ 1.0 x 10β»β΄ Pa / Leak rate β€ 5.0 x 10β»βΈ ATMΒ·PaΒ·γ₯/sec
1οΈβ£ Whole-Valve Test (Assembled Condition)
β Leakage confirmed in assembled state
β Vacuum pressure failed to reach the target level
2οΈβ£ BODY-Only Test
β No leakage
β Normal vacuum pressure maintained
3οΈβ£ Test After Reassembly with Verified-Good SHAFT and BODY
β Leakage recurred
β The same phenomenon repeated on all 3 units

Detailed inspection identified internal bellows damage as the primary cause.
This kind of damage frequently occurs in vacuum valves under conditions such as the following.
β High-speed VENT (exhaust) causing sudden air inrush
β Foreign matter trapped between the bellows convolutions
VALVEPARK replaced the necessary parts precisely according to the identified failure cause,
and after reassembly, completed verification under the same test environment before shipping the units back.
β Replaced the damaged bellows
β Replaced associated parts (cylinder, O-ring)
β Re-ran the Helium Leak Test (HE LEAK TEST) after repair
β Confirmed trouble-free operation and re-shipped
Valve service life and performance can vary significantly based on operating habits alone.
