How do concentric and eccentric reducers differ?
So for vertical runs, or wherever the pipe centers have to line up ➜ Concentric Reducer
For horizontal runs, where liquid pooling on one side or trapped air has to be kept down ➜ Eccentric Reducer
The PSF-30 is a concentric reducer used to step the pipe diameter of a sanitary line up or down. Built in SUS304 with a ferrule connection at each end, it clamps and releases easily with a Tri-Clamp, and is used in the sanitary piping of pharmaceutical, bio, chemical, food and beverage, and secondary battery lines.
