The Dow Valve x VALVEPARK booth at SEDEX 2026
PART 01
| At this exhibition we showed vacuum ball valves, angle valves and check valves used in the vacuum piping of semiconductor equipment. |
The VV-01 vacuum ball valve has an SUS316 3PC body in sizes from NW16 to NW100, and every unit is helium leak tested before shipment. It is also available as an automated configuration with a pneumatic actuator fitted to the manual type, and is applied for shut-off in semiconductor and display vacuum piping.
Pneumatic vacuum ball valve
Vacuum angle valves are supplied in manual and pneumatic models in sizes NW16 to NW160, and every unit undergoes a helium leak test. They suit exhaust paths such as chamber exhaust and foreline. We also showed the HTC vacuum check valve, which prevents backflow in exhaust lines.

PART 02
| The pendulum valve is a vacuum valve that handles both pressure control and isolation of semiconductor etch and CVD chambers in a single body, with technical consultation, repair and consumable replacement supported in Korea. |
Vacuum pendulum valve
The HTC gate valve is used for chamber isolation and for shutting off high-vacuum pumps, and we also introduced the rectangular door valve and the APC butterfly valve. The HTC throttle valve for process pressure regulation was also on display.
PART 03
| The SV-01 series sanitary (hygienic) 3PC ball valve is used not only in clean-environment lines such as pharmaceutical and food and beverage, but also in data center cooling systems. This time we demonstrated operation with an electric actuator fitted; the valve holds 3-A certification and is made in Taiwan. |

We showed the valve opening and closing on site with the OPEN and CLOSE buttons of the test control box, and the open/closed position can be read on the actuator display.

| We also supply vacuum fittings by size, such as KF clamps, bellows, elbows and tees for connecting vacuum piping, and we displayed cryogenic valves, butt weld ball valves and oil mist traps. |
