Today we'd like to share a special quotation request we received for an R&D valve.
Our partner Company N is currently running a Ministry of SMEs and Startups project -
‘ XX a μm-class • • micro-LED XXX performance and reliability • • • • • technology development'
- and they reached out about precision control valves needed for the project.
This project is high-difficulty research focused on developing a multi-head used in ultra-precision processes at the micrometer (μm) level,
and the goal is to use a fine electrode structure to measure micro-LED performance and evaluate its reliability.
Over a three-year period, the Company N research team is working on:
• xx μm-class head design
• Development of 128-channel multi-probe tip and electrode processing technology
• Design and manufacturing of ultra-compact micro-LED chips, and other related work.

This research equipment needed a valve that can operate reliably in a high-cleanliness, high-vacuum environment.
Because the experimental setup is highly precise and operates in a very limited space,
valve size, response speed, and durability were all critical requirements.
Company N asked us to quote an angle-type valve that could meet all of these requirements.
