The Busan Vacuum VOMT series is an oil mist trap for vacuum pumps. It comes in two lines, the VOMT and the VOMT-S with an all STS304 (SUS304) case, and in four sizes (250, 1000, 1500 and 2000) matched to vacuum pump capacities from 50 to 2000 L/min. It connects with NW flanges and is fastened with a quick clamp.

What is the difference between VOMT and VOMT-S?
VOMT-250 and VOMT-1000 use a material that lets you see inside, and VOMT-1500 and VOMT-2000 let you check the oil level at the bottom. VOMT-S has an all STS304 (SUS304) case and an EPDM gasket, and is the chemical-resistant model.
Which model should I choose?
The catalog divides models by vacuum pump capacity. 50 to 500 L/min: VOMT-250 and S250. 50 to 1000 L/min: VOMT-1000 and S1000. 1000 to 1500 L/min: VOMT-1500 and S1500. 1500 to 2000 L/min: VOMT-2000 and S2000.
How is the flange size decided?
VOMT-250 is available in NW-16, NW-25 or NW-40, and VOMT-S250 is NW25. For VOMT-1000 and VOMT-S1000 you choose NW-25 or NW-40 when ordering. VOMT-1500 and VOMT-2000 are NW-40, with the bottom flange selectable between NW-25 and NW-40. VOMT-S1500 and VOMT-S2000 are NW-40 at both top and bottom.
Which filter does each model use?
According to the catalog, VOMT-250 uses VOMF-500B and VOMT-1000 uses VOMF-1000B. VOMT-1500 uses VOMF-500B together with VOMF-1000, and VOMT-2000 uses VOMF-1000B together with VOMF-1000.
What is the Safety Vent option?
It is an option for VOMT-1500, VOMT-2000, VOMT-S1500 and VOMT-S2000, whose interior is hard to see. It opens automatically when a pressure of 2 bar or more occurs. A safety valve fitted inside the filter lets you see the filter life right away.
