A venturi desuperheater (400.85) that injects cooling water into the steam pipe through a single fixed venturi nozzle. The venturi shape mixes steam and water evenly. It has a forged steel straight-way body, sizes from 2" to 4" and pressure ratings from ANSI Class 150 to 900.
