The INFICON CF welding flange (stainless steel 316LN, fixed) forms the CF connection on ultra-high vacuum lines. It comes in seven sizes from DN 16 to DN 250 and is designed for ultra-high vacuum down to 1×10⁻¹² mbar and bakeout up to 400 °C.
