The INFICON CF welding flange with tapped holes (stainless steel 304L) is a CF connection flange with threaded bolt holes. It comes in DN 16, 40, 63 and 100 and is designed for ultra-high vacuum down to 1×10⁻¹² mbar and bakeout up to 400 °C.
