Trigon BCG552 is a triple combination vacuum gauge with Bayard-Alpert hot cathode, Pirani and capacitance diaphragm sensors in one flange. It measures from ultra-high vacuum to above atmosphere, and its atmospheric sensor also serves load-lock control.
