Bellows-sealed right-angle valves for ISO-K clamp flanges. The manual type (DN 63, DN 100) has a removable handle and can also be used like a variable leak valve to roughly control gas flow. The electropneumatic type (DN 63, DN 100, DN 160) closes by spring return and is used in automated vacuum systems.
