PVVP-01 is a vacuum 2WAY ball valve combining a SUS316 3PC body with a pneumatic double-acting actuator. It supports sizes from NW16 up to NW100 (ISO) and undergoes 100% helium leak testing prior to shipment, and is used for automatic shutoff of vacuum lines in semiconductor, display, solar, and laboratory processes.
