Today we introduce the Vacuum KF Bored Blank Flange (SUS304), used for custom port fabrication in vacuum piping systems. Unlike a standard blank flange, the bored blank flange features a center bore that allows for custom machining - making it suitable for sensor mounting, additional machining, and special connection work.
Unlike a standard blank flange, the KF bored flange has a bore (hole) machined into the center, allowing the user to perform additional machining in any desired configuration. After re-machining to the required diameter or welding, it is designed for connecting:
Manufactured using high-quality stainless steel precision casting, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Stable performance is maintained even under repeated use conditions.
Machined to accurate dimensions, it can be securely fastened to KF-standard systems. It is also suitable for maintaining the airtightness that is critical in vacuum lines.
As a KF (NW) standard product, it is easily compatible with existing vacuum piping systems.
A standard blank flange is used to completely close the end of a line. A bored blank flange, however, has a machining allowance bore in the center that allows field machining to the required size before use.
Used when adding process monitoring equipment or connecting special lines. Custom configurations are possible while maintaining existing KF standard dimensions.
Used in research apparatus where port configurations change frequently according to experimental requirements. After re-machining to the needed diameter and welding tubes or fittings, a custom port compatible with existing KF systems can be created.
