Model: RP-65SDP
PACTORK is a compact, high-torque pneumatic actuator series for semiconductor production equipment, with scotch-yoke and rack-and-pinion designs in single-acting and double-acting versions. The representative model RP-65SDP (scotch yoke, double acting) is 167 mm long, close to the RP-50SD (162 mm), yet delivers about 1.8 times its torque, and it is 35 mm shorter than the standard RP-65SD (202 mm).
