The INFICON PSG050 and PSG051 are standard Pirani vacuum gauges. They measure from 5×10⁻⁴ mbar to 1000 mbar and are operated with the vacuum gauge controller VGC012 or VGC023. The PSG051, with a platinum filament and a stainless steel sensor, is well suited to corrosive processes and high levels of water vapor.
