A vacuum gate valve for high vacuum (HV) and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) equipment. It is operated manually or pneumatically and suits cryopumps, turbomolecular pumps and clean processes. It can be made with KF, ISO, CF, ANSI and JIS flanges, and roughing and gauge ports can be added to the body.
