2PC Electric Ball Valve Flange (SUS304, 10K)
Model: PAVE-10
PAVE-10 is a ball valve combining a 2PC flanged body with an electric actuator. With a SUS316L body and ball, PTFE seat, 10K flange rating, and ISO5211 direct mounting pad as standard specifications, it is used for remote-control and sequence-control lines in the chemical, plant, water/wastewater, and construction sectors.
Features
- Compact design for easy installation in confined spaces
- 2PC structure for easy installation and maintenance
- Leak tested per API598
- First in Korea to apply ISO5211 Direct Mounting Pad

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I choose between electric and pneumatic actuators?
- Pneumatic offers fast operation speed, robustness against repetitive cycles, and easy fail-safe configuration via spring-return; however, it requires auxiliary equipment such as compressed air, filters, and solenoids. Electric only requires power for installation and offers easy maintenance, but operation is slow and unsuitable for high-frequency cycles. Choose electric for fields without pneumatic facilities or when only a few valves need automation; choose pneumatic for processes requiring high frequency or fail-safe.
- How does the 2PC body compare to the 3PC body?
- The 2PC body combines two half-bodies, with fewer parts reducing leak points and offering price advantages. The 3PC body has a separable central body and end caps, allowing seat and ball maintenance without dismantling the piping for high maintenance convenience. Lines with short maintenance intervals often use 3PC, while general operating lines often use 2PC.
- What flange connection specifications are available?
- The standard flange specification for PAVE-10 is JIS 10K, but it can be changed to other international standards such as KS and ANSI according to project requirements. Provide the flange specification and bolt hole arrangement of your existing line and we will prepare the appropriate specification.
- What happens to the valve when power is interrupted?
- Standard electric actuators maintain the current position when power is cut. To automatically open or shut off when power is lost, an actuator specification including battery backup or spring-return is required. Let us know your fail-safe requirements and we will guide you on whether the option can be applied.
- What options can be added to electric actuators?
- Various options are available beyond the standard specification. First, small-diameter valves have approximately 1-second high-speed open/close specifications available, suitable for batch and sequence control lines requiring fast ON/OFF repetition. Second, for sections requiring continuous flow control, proportional control specifications that control opening with 4-20 mA input signals can be selected. Third, explosion-proof actuator specifications are available for hazardous areas handling flammable gas or ignitable liquids. Provide your field requirements (control method, response speed, hazard rating) and we will propose the appropriate options.
