PAVP-10(D) is a ball valve combining a precision-cast SUS304 flanged 2PC body with a pneumatic double-acting actuator. With a 10K flange rating and an ISO5211 direct mounting pad as standard specifications, it is used for high-speed automatic shutoff and sequence-control lines in the chemical, plant, water/wastewater, and construction sectors.

- How do I choose between double-acting and single-acting?
- Double-acting drives both directions pneumatically, providing fast response and large torque margin, making it suitable for high-frequency repetitive control; however, position retention is uncertain when pneumatic pressure is lost. Single-acting (spring return) automatically returns to Fail Close or Fail Open when air is lost, making it suitable for lines where safety shutoff is critical. Choose double-acting when high-speed automatic control takes priority, single-acting when safety shutoff is the priority.
- How do I choose between 2PC and 3PC?
- 2PC has fewer parts, reducing leak points and offering price advantages. 3PC allows seat and ball maintenance without dismantling the piping, making it advantageous for lines with short maintenance intervals. General operating lines often use 2PC, while lines with frequent maintenance often use 3PC.

- The standard flange specification for PAVP-10(D) is JIS 10K, but it can be changed to other international standards such as KS, ANSI, and PN according to project requirements.
