Supporting a 2000PSI pressure rating and equipped with an ISO5211 direct mounting pad as a standard specification, it is used for high-pressure remote automatic shutoff lines in the chemical, plant, water/wastewater, and construction sectors.

- What lines require the 2000PSI specification?
- The 2000PSI (approximately 138 bar) grade is required in high-pressure steam lines, high-rise building pressure lines, high-pressure water treatment lines, and some chemical transfer lines that exceed the domestic general industrial line ratings of 10K (approximately 145 PSI) and 20K (approximately 290 PSI). Provide your maximum operating and surge pressure and we will guide you to the appropriate grade.
- What options can be added to electric actuators?
- Various options are available depending on application. Small-diameter valves have approximately 1-second high-speed open/close specifications available for fast ON/OFF repetition, continuous flow control uses 4-20 mA proportional control specifications, and explosion-proof actuator specifications are available for areas handling flammable gas or ignitable liquids.
- What happens to the valve when power is interrupted?
- Standard electric actuators maintain the current position when power is cut. If automatic return is required when power is lost, an actuator specification including battery backup or spring-return is required, so let us know your fail-safe requirements and we will guide you on whether the option can be applied.
- What advantages does the 3PC structure provide in high-pressure lines?
- 3PC has a separable central body and end caps, allowing seat and ball maintenance without dismantling the piping. Since high-pressure lines have a high burden of piping disassembly, the 3PC structure that allows quick replacement of only the seat and ball is particularly useful.
