Vacuum MF End Flange (SUS304)
A SUS304 end flange that closes the end of ISO-MF standard vacuum piping. With global standard dimensions providing good compatibility with general vacuum components, it is used for line-end closures of vacuum piping in semiconductor, display, solar, and laboratory processes.
Features
- Precision-machined design ensures perfect tightness with no leakage
- Manufactured to global standard (ISO-MF) for stable compatibility with standard vacuum components
- Versatile use from semiconductor and display equipment to research vacuum chambers
- Multi-clamp fastening structure provides safe and secure pipe-end termination

Frequently Asked Questions
- How does a standard blank flange differ from an end flange?
- A standard blank flange is a fully closed disc with both faces flat. An end flange in the ISO-MF system has one flange mating face and the opposite side machined closed, allowing line termination with a single connection. Blank flanges are typically used for temporary closure of intermediate inspection ports, while end flanges are used for permanent closure of pipe terminations.
- Is a centering ring always required?
- Yes. The ISO-MF flange system forms its seal by inserting a centering ring (with O-ring) between two flanges. Without a centering ring, the O-ring cannot be properly positioned and no seal is formed, so the flange, centering ring, and O-ring should always be prepared as a matched-size set.
- Up to what vacuum level is it usable?
- The ISO-MF system is the standard for medium vacuum through high vacuum (HV). For ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments the CF flange system is more appropriate, so please share your operating environment and we will advise on suitability and alternatives.
- How is the size selected?
- Tell us the flange standard and size you currently use, and we will supply MF END flanges of the same specification. Common sizes include NW25, NW40, NW50, and NW100.
