PSV-02 is a sanitary ball valve featuring a SUS316 body with a 3WAY ball and bare-shaft specification. It supports two port configurations (L/T) and multiple rotation-angle arrangements, with 3A sanitary standard design principles and an ISO5211 direct mounting pad as standard specifications. It is used for 3-way flow-switching lines in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, food and beverage, and secondary battery processes.

- How do I choose between L-port and T-port?
- L-port connects only one of the two ports and is suited for simple switching, while T-port can connect three ports simultaneously and is used for manifolds requiring branching and merging at the same time.
- How is the bare-shaft variant operated?
- Bare shaft is supplied with only the stem exposed, without a handle or actuator, so the desired drive method (manual handle or pneumatic/electric actuator) is decided and combined on site. Thanks to the ISO5211 direct mounting pad, only the upper drive section can be changed without replacing the body, making it suited for phased automation.
- To what extent are 3A design principles applied?
- PSV-02 is manufactured reflecting the surface finish, dead-space minimization, and cleanability principles required by the 3A sanitary standard. If your project requires issuance of an official certificate, please notify us in advance and we will advise on availability.
- What is the available size range?
- A wide range of Tri-Clamp sizes from 1/2S to 2S is supported. Tell us your line size and connection standard and we will prepare the appropriate specification.
