How do I choose between single-ferrule and double-ferrule?

Double-ferrule has tri-clamp connections on both ends, suitable for fully removable configurations. Single-ferrule has a ferrule only on one side, used at the interface between welded piping and a removable section. Use double-ferrule when both sides need to be disconnected, and single-ferrule when one side is fixed-welded piping.

How do I choose between short-type and long-type elbows?

The short type saves installation space due to its smaller curvature radius, but is prone to turbulence during CIP cleaning. The long type has a larger curvature radius, providing better cleaning efficiency at the cost of more piping space. Choose short type when space is the priority and long type when cleaning efficiency is the priority.

Which is appropriate, SUS304 or SUS316L?

SUS304 is the standard for most general food, beverage, and hygienic lines. SUS316L is recommended for lines with high chloride concentrations and GMP-grade pharmaceutical and biotech processes.
